Do I have to have a face-to-face consultation?

Only if that make you feel more comfortable. Most of our bookings are done via email and phone calls. We guarantee our quality service, and our detailed quotes will also give you peace of mind.

Can you replicate an image I supply to you?

Definitely! If you have fallen in love with an arrangement let us provide you a cost to achieve exactly that. We can also offer alight variances and alternatives for you to have a unique style. Leave it to us to make it bespoke for you!

What if I want artificial flowers?

We are experienced at creating artificial floral arrangements, dried flowers arrangements and also preserved flower arrangements – not just fresh if you would like to keep your bouquets as a memento. Artificial and dried/preserved flowers are an alternative if you have pollen allergies.

Can I pick-up my flowers or can they be delivered?

We offer both! Choose the option which best suits your needs and let us know address and items you would like delivered so that we may provide you with an accurate delivery cost.

When will my flowers be delivered?

We’ll connect with you in the lead up to your wedding day to finalise the delivery details, times and addresses, ensuring it suits with your photographer’s and venue’s schedule for your day.

What areas do you deliver to and will do also do wedding set ups?

All across Perth and yes, depending on the types of installations and arrangements, we can provide you with a quote to set up your wedding. 

Can I keep my floral arrangements from the ceremony and reception afterwards?

Many couples keep the florals and also use them as gifts for their guests. If you would like us to pack down the arrangements and have them delivered to you please let us know so we can provide you with a cost for that service.

What if I want a ceiling installation or other ceremony feature?

We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Let us know of your wedding venue and ceremony arrangements and we can provide you with options on custom installations.

What colour palettes are available?

The options can be endless, however keep in mind that flowers are seasonal and at times our supplies may be limited. We can provide you with all that information once we know your wedding date.

When should I place my order?

We require a minimum of 4 weeks to place orders with our suppliers for all the fresh stock and materials. Ideally your order should be placed prior to that time.

Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?

If you have booked a date and made your 20% deposit unfortunately it will not be refunded. However, if you have paid in full and want to cancel prior to us placing an order with our suppliers, we will provide a refund less 20%. If you would like to cancel after supplies have been order we will provide you with a breakdown of what has been purchased and the refund possible.

What if I want something not shown on the packages?

We create custom quotes for our couples based on the flowers, colours and items you require. The packages are a good starting point to get an idea of items you need and costs.

How do I pay?

Place your order with us to confirm and make your payments by bank transfer to the bank accounts details shown on your quote. You are also welcome to pay at the store if you prefer to come in!
